An answer can sound polished and still invent a detail. Pay particular attention to dates, amounts and promises. For each one, ask: which source supports this?

Now rewrite it
Write a short reply that states the policy accurately, leaves unknown facts unknown and explains what a staff member needs to check. Avoid promising a service or outcome you can't confirm.
Compare with a worked response
Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. We would need to check the order status before confirming further details, so we cannot promise delivery tomorrow.
This keeps the qualification “after dispatch”, removes both unsupported promises and makes the missing information visible. A staff member still needs to check that the next step follows the shop's approved process.
A different setting
A fictional meeting notice says Tuesday, 10:00–11:00, Room B. A generated summary says Monday at 9:00 in Room A, with a recording afterwards. Which claims need changing, and which cannot be established at all?
Review the explanation
The day, time and room contradict the notice. The recording is not established. Correct the known details and ask the organiser about recording; do not assume it has been agreed.
