Which follow-up journeys can be included?

We configure up to three priority follow-up journeys at launch. They can cover new enquiries, quotes, appointments, reminders, no-shows, reviews, referrals or older contacts, depending on what matters most to the business.

What website changes are included each month?

One batch of minor website content changes is included each month. New pages, redesigns and substantial copy work are scoped separately.

What do you need from us?

Accurate content, the account access needed for the agreed setup and one person who can approve the work. Nothing customer-facing goes live without approval.

Which connections are included?

Standard connections to supported forms, business email, calendars or booking links, payment links, messaging channels and Google Business Profile are included. Custom or complex integrations are scoped separately.

How do referrals work?

We can create a shareable, trackable referral route for willing customers. Review requests remain separate, and we do not collect somebody else’s contact details without an appropriate lawful basis and consent.

How many website pages are included?

Website includes up to 10 essential pages, Follow-up up to 15 and Growth Partner up to 20. We agree the page list before work starts.

What if we need more pages?

Anything beyond the selected plan's page allowance is scoped separately. You do not need to choose a higher growth plan simply because the website is larger.

Can you improve the website we already have?

Yes. We can improve the existing site when its platform and foundations are still sensible, or recommend a rebuild when working around it would cost more or hold the business back.

Do we have to move platform?

No. We work with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow, Next.js, PHP and custom websites. A move is recommended only when there is a clear business or technical reason.

What changes between the three plans?

Website handles the site and essential response. Follow-up adds quote, booking, review, referral and reactivation journeys. Growth Partner adds one active visibility or opportunity-creation priority.

Are calls, messages, AI usage and advertising included?

Calls, messages, connected numbers, payment processing, AI usage, media spend and third-party subscriptions are separate. We agree any applicable costs before activation.

Who owns the website, domain, content and customer data?

Your existing domain, materials, content and business data remain yours. The managed website and connected package services are available only while the plan is active.

What happens if I cancel the package?

You can cancel at any time. When the paid package ends, the managed website, CRM access, automations, reporting and connected package services stop. Your existing domain, supplied materials and business data remain yours.

What happens after we send a message?

We gather the content, access and priorities; agree the website and priority journeys; build; test real enquiry scenarios; then launch after approval.
